In line with the Cosmetics Rules, 2020, and The Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, products intended for sale in India must include the manufacturer’s name, address with PIN Code, and manufacturing license number on labels. For international buyers, mentioning manufacturer details is optional. If omitted, the product packaging should display “Made in India” and the neutral code of the manufacturer as per regulations.
